The girls were all split into groups and their task was to create a menorah out of any materials they found in the pile!

Rules:

  1. No glue or tape
  2. The menorah had to stand on its own
  3. The menorah had to have 7 branches, just like the one from the Hanukkah story (not 9 branches)
  4. Each group member had to participate in the menorah building
  5. Each group member had to participate in presenting the menorah

After enough time had passed, groups had to present their menorahs to be judged and a winner was chosen!

Submitter's Suggestions:

Incorporate more obstacles... have it stand for the struggles of the Jews and the miracles we have been blessed with!
